R-Jay Barsh is officially back in the Pacific Northwest. 

Barsh, who was hired by Mark Few to replace Roger Powell on the Gonzaga men's basketball coaching staff, returns to Washington over a decade after leading Tacoma Community College to three Western Region titles in four seasons and an NWAACC championship in 2012. 

Barsh was an assistant coach at Florida State last season, and also served as an assistant coach at Boise State. Prior to joining Boise State he was the head coach at Southeastern University (NAIA) in Lakeland, Florida for seven seasons.
