2023-24 Indiana Men's Basketball Schedule: Updated Game Times, TV Information, Locations

The 2023-24 Indiana basketball schedule is now finalized, with both the Big Ten schedule and nonconference slate announced, plus game time and television designations released for all games. We'll update this file throughout the season as necessary.

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – It's Big Ten Tournament time for coach Mike Woodson and the Hoosiers.

Indiana wrapped up its regular season with a 65-64 win over Michigan State on Sunday at Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall, extending its win streak to four games. The Hoosiers (18-13, 10-10) earned the No. 6 seed in the Big Ten Tournament.

Nov. 7: Indiana 69, Florida Gulf Coast 63

  • Where: Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall in Bloomington, Ind.
  • Records: Indiana 1-0, Florida Gulf Coast 0-1.
  • Game story: Indiana struggled for most of its season opener, but a big 14-0 run midway through the second half helped give them a 69-63 victory. Senior guard Trey Galloway led the way with 16 points, and four Hoosiers were in double figures. CLICK HERE

Nov. 16: Indiana 89, Wright State 80

  • Where: Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall in Bloomington, Ind.
  • Records: Indiana 3-0, Wright State 0-3.

Nov. 19: Connecticut 77, Indiana 57

  • Where: Madison Square Garden, New York
  • Records: Connecticut 4-0, Indiana 3-1.
  • Game story: Indiana needed to be at its best to hang with No. 5 Connecticut on Sunday, but foul trouble and an inability to rebound or knock down big shots caught up with them in a loss at Madison Square Garden. CLICK HERE

Nov. 20: Indiana 74, Louisville 66

  • Where: Madison Square Garden, New York
  • Game story: Indiana doesn't play zone defense under Mike Woodson, but they broke it out late in the second half on Monday night, and it worked to perfection in a 74-66 win over Louisville in New York. Dec. 1: Indiana 65, Maryland 53

  • Where: Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall in Bloomington, Ind.
  • Game story: Indiana opened Big Ten play in style on Friday night, beating Maryland 65-53 in a game that wasn't really that close. The Hoosiers had four players in double figures, led by Kel'el Ware with 18 points and 14 rebounds. Trey Galloway added 12 points, six rebounds and six assists, and IU is now 6-1 on the season. Dec. 5: Indiana 78, Michigan 75

  • Where: Crisler Center in Ann Arbor, Mich.

Dec. 9: Auburn 104, Indiana 76

  • Where: State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Ga.
  • Game story: Indiana got off to a quick start but then completely fell apart in an ugly 104-76 loss to Auburn on Saturday at State Farm Arena in Atlanta. They gave up 14 three-pointers and got pushed around all game, with Auburn dominating them in every phase. The Hoosiers are 7-2 now, but clearly can't hang with top-tier teams. CLICK HERE
  • No Xavier Johnson, No Chance For Indiana: Auburn controlled Saturday’s game against Indiana with a deep and talented guard rotation that kept everyone fresh and able to score at every level. Indiana was missing its best guard, Xavier Johnson. The disparity was obvious. CLICK HERE

Dec. 16: Kansas 75, Indiana 71

  • Where: Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall in Bloomington, Ind.
  • Game story: Indiana led for the vast majority of its game against No. 2 Kansas on Saturday in Bloomington, but it was the Jayhawks who made the most big plays down the stretch in a 75-71 win. It spoiled a career night for Indiana senior guard Trey Galloway, who had 28 points. CLICK HERE
  • Dickinson gets last laugh: Hunter Dickinson has antagonized the Assembly Hall crowd since his days playing for Michigan, and that continued Saturday, this time in a 75-71 win as a Kansas Jayhawk. Dec. 19: Indiana 69, Morehead State 68

Dec. 21: Indiana 83, North Alabama 66

  • Where: Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall in Bloomington, Ind.

Dec. 29: Indiana 100, Kennesaw State 87

  • Where: Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall in Bloomington, Ind.
  • Game story: Indiana struggled to slow down Kennesaw State’s fast-paced offense most of the night, but a 21-3 run near the midway point of the second half included defensive adjustments and stops required to win. Jan. 3: Nebraska 86, Indiana 70

  • Where: Pinnacle Bank Arena in Lincoln, Neb.
  • Game story: Indiana turned the ball over 19 times and allowed 12 Nebraska 3-pointers Wednesday night at Pinnacle Bank Arena, handing the Hoosiers their first Big Ten loss of the season. CLICK HERE

Jan. 9: Rutgers 66, Indiana 57

  • Where: Jersey Mike's Arena in Piscataway, N.J.
  • Game story: Almost nothing went right for Indiana in an ugly 66-57 loss to Rutgers on Tuesday night. They missed free throws at an epic clip, had 18 turnovers and gave up 19 offensive rebounds in their second horrible road performance in a row. CLICK HERE

  • Game story: No. 2 Purdue was able to do as it pleased early against Indiana on Tuesday night, building a big lead and then holding off a few Hoosiers rallies to win 87-66. It was their first win in Bloomington since 2021. CLICK HERE

Jan. 19: Wisconsin 91, Indiana 79

  • Where: Kohl Center in Madison, Wis.
  • Game story: Indiana got blown out again on the road, losing 91-79 to Wisconsin Friday night at the Kohl Center with plenty of defensive breakdowns. Wisconsin guard Max Klesmit shredded the Hoosiers’ defense for 26 points and five 3-pointers, and CJ Gunn lost his composure and was ejected for elbowing Klesmit in the chin. CLICK HERE

  • Game story: Indiana gave a valiant effort on Saturday against No. 10 Illinois, but 10 missed free throws — including two in the final minute — and going 0-for-9 from deep cost the Hoosiers once again in a 70-62 loss. Feb. 24: Penn State 83, Indiana 74

  • Where: Bryce Jordan Center in University Park, Pa.
  • Game story: Indiana lost its fourth straight game to Penn State in a 13-month window, and it was the same issue with the Nittany Lions making nine threes in an 83-74 win.
