BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – Here's a list of players in the transfer portal with reported interest from Indiana, as well as Indiana's incoming and outgoing transfers, NBA Draft entrants, high school recruits, players lost to eligibility and a scholarship chart for the 2024-25 season.

We'll update this list throughout the offseason.

Incoming transfers

Langdon Hatton, Bellarmine: A 6-foot-10, 240-pound forward, Hatton averaged 10.5 points, 7.1 rebounds, 1.3 assists and 0.8 blocks per game as a junior in 2023-24. He started 31 games and played 27.8 minutes per game while shooting 48% from the field, 33.3% from 3-point range (15 for 45) and 67.5% from the free throw line. He played one season at William and Mary and the last two at Bellarmine. He has one year of eligibility left. Hatton went to North Harrison High School in Ramsey, Ind.

Luke Goode, Illinois: Goode is a 6-foot-7 guard/forward with one year eligibility. As a junior in 2023-24, he averaged 5.7 points and 3.6 rebounds per game in seven starts and 38 total games. Across three seasons at Illinois, Goode shot 38.8% on 219 3-point attempts.

Kanaan Carlyle, Stanford: Carlyle is a 6-foot-3, 185-pound guard who averaged 11.5 points and shot 32% from the 3-point line in 23 games and 16 starts as a freshman in 2023-24. Carlyle was a four-star recruit, ranked No. 52 in the nation out of Overtime Elite in Atlanta, Ga. He has three years of remaining eligibility.

Oumar Ballo, Arizona: A 7-foot center, Ballo started 71 games and played in 108 for Arizona over the last three seasons. In 2023-24, he averaged 12.9 points, 10.1 rebounds and 1.3 blocks per game while shooting 65.8% from the field. Ballo was an All-Pac-12 first team member in each of the last two seasons. A native of Koulikoro, Mali, he began his career with two seasons at Gonzaga. He has one year of eligibility remaining.

Myles Rice, Washington State: Rice is a 6-foot-3 guard who averaged 14.8 points, 3.8 rebounds and 1.6 steals per game while shooting 27.5% from 3-point range and starting 35 games as a freshman in 2023-24. He was named Pac-12 Freshman of the Year and made the All-Pac-12 first team. He was recruited in the class of 2021, but did not play until this season after redshirting in 2021-22 and medically redshirting in 2022-23 due to Hodgkin’s Lymphoma.

Indiana's Transfer Targets

Issa Muhammad, UT Martin: A 6-foot-9, 245-pound forward, Muhammad averaged 11.1 points, 9.4 rebounds, 1.8 assists and 0.8 blocks per game as a senior in 2023-24. Starting 28 games, he shot 51% from the field, 26.7% from 3-point range (4 for 15) and 62% from the free throw line. He previously played at New Mexico State, Northwest Florida State College and Daytona State College, and he has one year of eligibility left.

Transfer Portal entrants

  • CJ Gunn: Transferring to DePaul. A 6-foot-6 guard, Gunn averaged 2.0 points as a freshman and 3.9 points per game as a sophomore at Indiana. He shot 25.7% from 3-point range across two seasons, making 19-of-74 attempts. Gunn was a four-star recruit, ranked No. 120 in the nation out of Lawrence North High School in Indianapolis. He has two years of remaining eligibility.
  • Payton Sparks: Transferring to Ball State. A 6-foot-9 center, Sparks played one season at Indiana after beginning his career with two seasons at Ball State. He played in 24 games with the Hoosiers and averaged 2.1 points per game. Sparks averaged 13.4 points and 8.6 rebounds at Ball State. Sparks is originally from Winchester, Ind. and has one year of remaining eligibility.
  • Kaleb Banks: Transferring to Tulane. A 6-foot-8 small forward, Banks averaged 2.0 points as a freshman and 2.6 points per game as a sophomore at Indiana. He joined the Hoosiers as a four-star recruit out of Fayette County High School, where he was the Georgia Class 4A Player of the Year and scored over 2,000 points.

NBA Draft entrants

  • Kel'el Ware: A 7-foot center, Ware averaged 15.9 points, 9.9 rebounds and 1.9 blocks per game while starting 30 games and playing 32.2 minutes per game in his lone season at Indiana.
  • Ware played his freshman season at Oregon after being a five-star recruit and McDonald's All-American out of North Little Rock High School.

Incoming high school recruits

  • Bryson Tucker: At 6-foot-7, Tucker is a five-star recruit and ranked No. 20 in the nation, per the 247 Sports Composite rankings.

Out of eligibility

  • Xavier Johnson: 7.6 ppg, 2.8 rpg, 36.7 3-pt FG%
  • Anthony Walker: 5.1 ppg, 2.3 rpg, 48.3 FG%
