LIVE BLOG: Wichita State Shockers vs Kansas Jayhawks Basketball
The Kansas Jayhawks end the year with their annual semi-neutral site matchup in the T-Mobile Center, as they host the Wichita State Shockers today after a quick holiday break.
The Jayhawks have maintained their high ranking, with multiple big wins against top-tier teams and only a single loss. Wichita State has had a decent start under their new head coach, but their 8-4 record hasn't turned any heads. It's an opportunity to get a marquee win for a potential push to the NCAA Tournament, while Kansas is just looking to kickstart the start of conference play with tuneup.
It's a game without a ton of stakes for the Jayhawks, but they will be looking to show that the break was a great chance for some rest without adding any rust. Plus, players that broke out in the last game will look to continue those trends.
