Bizarre video of Ohio State quarterback surfaces online

There are some things you see in life that a hard to describe... hard to put into words. A recent video shared by Ohio State quarterback Will Howard is one of those things. On Friday, Howard shared the video to his Instagram account that is apparently an ad for a partnership (perhaps NIL related) with Dr. Pepper. And while it's not all that uncommon for collegiate athletes to share ads via their social media accounts these days, what Howard shared is beyond uncommon. In fact, it's downright disturbing.

All jokes aside, Howard is clearly having some fun after winning a national championship with the Buckeyes on Monday. It's nice to see that he (clearly) doesn't take himself too seriously.

It was certainly a much different mood for Ohio State's QB1 less than two months ago in Columbus, as the Buckeyes suffered a crushing 13-10 loss to the Michigan Wolverines as a three-touchdown favorite. The loss meant that Howard, like the two Buckeye quarterbacks who came before him, would end his career at Ohio State winless against the Wolverines. And while that loss prevented the Buckeyes from achieving two of their major goals for the 2024 season (beating Michigan and winning a Big Ten championship), most credit the loss for propelling Ohio State to a national championship run in the playoffs.
