Michigan Prospect Cancels Visit To Ohio State, Announces Decision Date

The Michigan Wolverines have put together what could end up being Jim Harbaugh's best recruiting class since arriving back in Ann Arbor. As it currently stands, Michigan's 2024 recruiting class is ranked No. 2 in the nation (just behind Georgia) with 21 commitments.
That number could soon grow to 22 commitments, as four-star EDGE Elias Rudolph announced he would be making his decision on July 3. In his announcement, Rudolph also noted that he was canceling an official visit to Ohio State this weekend.
I will like to announce that I will be committing on July 3rd at Taft highschool , at 530, and I will not be goin to Ohio state official this weekend

The 6-4, 205-pound prospect out of Deerfield Beach (FL.) currently has four predictions placed in favor of the Wolverines on 247Sports. Although he's received over 20 offers from some of the top programs in the country, Rudolph appears to have narrowed his list down to Pitt, Miami, and Michigan.

Rudolph took his official visit to Michigan earlier this month, and it appears that the Wolverines may have done enough to convince the talented EDGE that Ann Arbor is home.
