Commitment Preview: Tight End Nate Roberts Ready To Make A Decision

One of the best tight ends in the 2025 class is Washington (Okla.) High School star Nate Roberts. The 6-4, 230-pound standout is ready to make his college commitment between several of the best programs in college football, and he'll announce his decision at 1:00 PM ET. THE FINALISTS

Here is a look at Roberts and his finalists:

Notre Dame - Roberts made two trips to South Bend in the last couple of months and has continued to build a strong connection with Gerad Parker. Roberts made a trip in April and another one earlier this week. Notre Dame's history of tight end excellence has been impactful here.

Oklahoma - The in-state Sooners are one of two schools that Roberts visited on three different occasions. His most recent came in March.

Georgia - Roberts made a trip to Athens in early June and the back-to-back champs made a strong impression on him. Georgia's recent surge at tight end is something the nation's best players at the position are taking notice of.

Clemson - Roberts traveled down to Clemson in late May and immediately earned an offer from the Tiger staff, and he's one of only two 2025 tight ends to get one of those from Clemson.

Ohio State - The Buckeyes hosted Roberts for a visit last week and made a big push for him.

Baylor - This is the other program that Roberts has visited three times, and it's where his older brother Jake transferred to this offseason.

Michigan - Roberts visited Ann Arbor prior to his most recent visit to Notre Dame. The Wolverines also boost a strong recent tight end tradition.
