Notre Dame coaches are back on the road to wrap up the week, and the staff will be checking in on a number of the nation’s top prospects, and one important Irish commit.

Gerad Parker, Offensive Coordinator – Chansi Stuckey, Wide Receivers – The Notre Dame offensive coordinator and wide receivers coach will be at Warner Robins (Ga.) High School today to check in on wide receiver commit Isiah Canion. An ascending recruit nationally, Canion is getting even more attention lately and the Irish staff will have to continue doing things to make sure they stay on top of all of that. Canion is a unique player from Georgia and a great fit at Notre Dame, and right now he’s telling everyone he’s solid to Notre Dame, and I believe that. But that won’t keep other schools from coming at him.

Deland McCullough, Running Backs – McCullough will be in Chicago at Mount Carmel High School to check in on running back Darrion Dupree. The Irish are still in search of a second back in the class and Dupree is clearly still on the board.

Joe Rudolph, Offensive Line – Rudolph remains in his old stomping grounds of Wisconsin, where he’ll check in on a pair of 2025 offensive lineman. The Irish line coach will be Waukesha (Wis.) Catholic Memorial, which is the home of massive sophomore Owen Strebig. The Irish have already offered the 6-8, 290-pound tackle, who has outstanding film. He’s clearly a top target for the Irish in the 2025 class. Rudolph will also head over to Wautoma (Wis.) High School, which is the home of 6-7, 265-pound offensive tackle Michael Roeske.

Gino Guidugli, Quarterbacks – Guidugli remains in California evaluating and checking in on 2025 and 2026 quarterbacks.

Al Golden, Defensive Coordinator – Golden is checking in on some very important players for Notre Dame. He’ll head over to Baltimore (Md.) Gilman to check in on talented safety Dejuan Lane. The Irish hosted Lane in April for a visit and are hoping to get him back for an official, and Notre Dame recently made his Top 5 schools. Visits like this will hopefully ensure a summer official and keep the Irish in his good graces. Golden will also head over to Severn (Md.) Archbishop Spalding, which is the home of 2024 linebacker Keyshawn Flowers. Expect Golden to also try and make it over to Washington (D.C.) Gonzaga, which is the home of 2025 safety Kainoa Winston.

Mike Mickens, Cornerbacks – The Irish corners coach is set to be in Tennessee again where he’ll head over to Nashville to visit Lipscomb Academy, the home of big time cornerback and Tennessee commit Kaleb Beasley. Although he’s committed to the Volunteers, the Irish staff has not given up on Beasley. He’s not only extremely talented, he also has all the “great Notre Dame fit” characters due to his excellence on and off the field.

Al Washington, Defensive Line – Washington will be in Indianapolis evaluating top 2025 in-state players.
