Notre Dame Coaches On The Road - May 8th

In this story:
The Notre Dame coaches are back out on the road this week. Expect to see the Notre Dame coaches at the schools of many talented players in the 2024 and 2025 classes. Here is where we expect the staff to be today.
Gerad Parker, Offensive Coordinator - Gino Guidugli, Quarterbacks - Notre Dame offensive coordinator Gerad Parker and quarterbacks coach Gino Guidugli will be out in Oklahoma to check in on a trio of prospects. They will be out to Washington (Okla.) High School, which is the home of big time 2025 tight end Nate Roberts. The Irish coaches will also be out to Weatherford (Okla.) High School to check in on two-way standout CJ Nickson, who is a Power 5 level prospect at both defensive end and tight end. Expect to see the staff at Edmond (Okla.) Memorial, which is the home of 2025 quarterback David McComb.
Chansi Stuckey, Wide Receivers - Stuckey will be out in California, where he'll be at Santa Ana (Calif.) Mater Dei, which has a large number of talented 2025 prospects on the roster. Mater Dei is loaded in the 2024 and 2025 classes, and the Irish staff is trying to make an impression with the group.
Deland McCullough, Running Backs - McCullough will be at Leesburg (Ga.) Lee County, which is the home of big time 2025 running back Ousmane Kromah. The 6-1, 210-pound back is ranked as the nation's No. 11 overall player according to On3. He is coming off a sophomore campaign in which he racked up 1,504 yards and 20 touchdowns.
Joe Rudolph, Offensive Line - Notre Dame has been crushing it in Charlotte in the 2024 class, and the staff is hoping to dip back into the area in a big way in the 2025 class. Expect Rudolph to be down at Providence Day, which is the home of elite 2025 blocker David Sanders. Ranked as the No. 1 overall player in the country in the 2025 class, Sanders is clearly the nation's best tackle and a player the Irish staff is very, very high on.
Al Golden, Defensive Coordinator - The Irish defensive coordinator will be in the state of Virginia checking out a number of high schools. Two that he'll likely be at are Fredericksburg (Va.) St. Michael, which is the home of 2025 safety Remington Moss, and Richmond (Va.) Huguenot, which is the home of 2025 end Samuel Cohen.
Al Washington, Defensive Line - Washington is still trying to put the finishing touches on the 2024 class, but he's also getting to work on the 2025 class. Notre Dame has already landed Florida standout Davion Dixon, and Washington will be in Georgia to check out arguably the best defensive lineman in the 2025 class. That would be Elijah Griffin of Savannah (Ga.) Christian. Griffin is ranked by Rivals as the No. 1 player in the country and he's ranked as the nation's No. 2 player by On3 and 247Sports.
Mike Mickens, Cornerbacks - Stuckey won't be the only coach at Mater Dei, as Mickens will be out there as well. Notre Dame is recruiting a pair of very talented 2025 defensive backs from the school. That would be cornerback Daryus Dixson and talented cover man Chuck McDonald III.
Chris O'Leary, Safeties - O'Leary will be part of the West Coast swing. He'll be out to check in on Marquis Gallegos, a talented safety from West Hills (Calif.) Chaminade. Gallegos recently visited Notre Dame and is one of several safeties on the board for the Irish in the 2024 class.
Marty Biagi, Special Teams - Biagi will be doing area recruiting in Houston, Texas.
