Notre Dame Offers 2026 Safety Blaine Bradford

Over the last couple of weeks, Notre Dame has been making the travels on the recruiting trail to check in on some of the top recruits in the country. On Wednesday, the staff extended an offer to Baton Rouge (La.) Catholic safety Blaine Bradford.

Bradford is already being pursued by some of the top programs in college football. Some of the notable offers that he currently holds include the Fighting Irish, LSU, Florida State, Penn State, Texas A&M, Tennessee, Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Arkansas, Baylor and Vanderbilt among others.

The 6-1, 180-pound defensive back has impressive film, possessing the physical talent to play either cornerback or safety on the next level. With Notre Dame’s roster needs at safety, getting on players the caliber of Bradford early is a big move by the coaching staff.

Hailing from Baton Rouge, Bradford is right in the LSU backyard. That would obviously make the hometown Tigers the assumed team to beat. It was a similar situation as 2023 linebacker signee Jaiden Ausberry, who played his high school ball on the LSU campus. Ultimately the Irish staff won out in the end during that particular recruitment.

Notre Dame does not typically offer a ton of high school freshmen. It should tell you just how talented of a player Bradford is.
