Notre Dame Offers Pennsylvania Offensive Lineman Kevin Brown
Every year, the Pot of Gold offer event is huge for the Notre Dame program. Over 100 of the top players in the 2026 recruiting class were extended offers on Sunday, including Harrisburg (Pa.) High School offensive lineman Kevin Brown.
Brown has garnered the interest of several big time programs already. Some of the top teams to offer the Pennsylvania native include the Fighting Irish, Penn State, Wisconsin, Virginia Tech, West Virginia, Syracuse, Pittsburgh, Rutgers and Iowa State.
The 6-5, 260-pound offensive lineman is also very well regarded from a recruiting ranking perspective. Brown is considered a four-star by On3, 247Sports and Rivals. The latter currently has him pegged the highest, currently sitting as the No. 24 overall player in the 2026 recruiting class. 247Sports has him rated as the No. 92 overall player and No. 13 offensive tackle in the class.
Harrisburg is coming off of an impressive 2023 season, ending with a 12-2 overall record. A big reason for that success was their offense, which averaged 36.8 points per game. They averaged 264 yards per game on the ground, as well as 162.3 through the air. The offense scored 74 total touchdowns in those 14 games.
Offensive lineman with wrestling backgrounds is huge, which Brown has a great background in. As a sophomore, he was one of the top heavyweights in the state of Pennsylvania. Brown finished that year with a 21-4 overall record.
