Virginia Linebacker Bodie Kahoun Finalizes Official Visit To Notre Dame

One of the top linebackers on the 2024 recruiting board for Notre Dame, Roanoke (Va.) Patrick Henry star linebacker Bodie Kahoun has finalized an official visit to Notre Dame from June 9-11. That is the final major step in Kahoun’s recruitment, which he has intentions of making soon after.

This will mark the third time that Kahoun has visited Notre Dame since earning an offer. He first trekked to South Bend on March 22nd before returning a month later for the Notre Dame Blue-Gold Game.

The 6-3, 220-pound standout backer has a constantly expanding offer list. Some of the notable programs that have offered so far include the Irish, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia Tech, Virginia, NC State, West Virginia and Indiana among others.

The dual-sport star is currently one of the top athletes on the 5-A level in Virginia. Despite his obvious connection to the state of Virginia, Kahoun actually did grow up in Zionsville, Indiana. He has his Midwest roots and should be very aware of the brand that Notre Dame boasts.

Kahoun is also a standout lacrosse player for Patrick Henry. The star midfielder had been committed to Ohio State for lacrosse since September of 2022. His ability to potentially play football, or both sports, in college could change for him to explore a different option.

Kahoun has also locked in official visits to North Carolina (June 2-4), Tennessee (June 16-18) and Virginia Tech (June 23-25). Kahoun told Irish Breakdown shortly after his visit to Notre Dame he was considering adjusting his time frame, but he is going to stick to his original decision of waiting until after his official visits are complete.
