With the recent commitment of 2025 New Jersey pass catcher Elijah Burress, the Notre Dame wide receiver class is starting to take form. One player who the Irish program is still pursuing is former Tempe (Ariz.) Corona Del Sol star Raiden Vines-Bright, who will be playing at IMG Academy as a senior.

Even before Vines-Bright was officially offered by the Irish, there had already been contact. That includes a relationship with Mike Brown, who he has known for some time now.

"Everything has been pretty good with Notre Dame,” Vines-Bright told Irish Breakdown. "I’ve had a good relationship with Coach Brown for over a year now. It just keeps building.”

Since offering the talented pass catcher back in December, Notre Dame has working to put itself into his top group of schools. There is a visit on the horizon.

"I am going to be on campus in March," Vines-Bright stated. "Notre Dame is in my top five schools. Some other schools that are sticking out are Arizona, Washington, USC and Florida on top of Notre Dame. They have all been doing a good job.”

The exact date in March isn’t completely cemented yet, but it’s already a trip that Vines-Bright is looking forward to. There is a firm timeline and the next couple of weeks is going to help really solidifying everything.

"I want to make the commitment around June and July,” he said. "That’s the plan right now. That’s why I’m excited to get to some of these campuses.”

The 6-0, 175-pound pass catcher just put together an extremely impressive junior campaign for the Aztecs. In 11 games, Vines-Bright hauled in 59 receptions for 1,114 yards and nine touchdowns, averaging a stellar 18.9 yards per reception.

Vines-Bright has seen his recruiting ranking begin to take a big step forward. He is rated as a four-star recruit on the On3 recruiting ranking, currently sitting as the No. 201 overall player and No. 29 wide receiver in the 2025 recruiting class.

The Arizona native has been hearing from more and more notable programs. Some of Vines-Bright’s top offers so far include the Irish, Alabama, USC, Michigan, Florida, Texas A&M, Washington, UCLA, Wisconsin, Kansas, Utah, Arkansas, Arizona, Arizona State, Louisville, Baylor and Purdue among others.
