Hear From Ohio State’s Justin Frye, Offensive Linemen Following Fourth Practice Of Fall Camp

Although the Buckeyes are breaking in two new starters this fall, they both played in all 13 games last season.

Ohio State kicked off its first full week of fall camp on Monday morning with the fourth of 25 practices leading up to the season opener against Notre Dame on Sept. 3.

After practice, new associate head coach for offense/offensive line coach Justin Frye, fifth-year senior Matt Jones, senior Dawand Jones, redshirt junior Enokk Vimahi, junior Paris Johnson, redshirt sophomores Luke Wypler and Josh Fryar and sophomore Donovan Jackson met with the media to discuss a wide variety of topics.

That includes Frye’s focus on building depth, Matt Jones’ long wait to be a starter, Dawand Jones’ offseason weight loss, Johnson’s mindset after moving to tackle, Jackson’s expectations for the fall, Fryar’s previously unreported injury and much more.

Check out those interviews below, while other position units will be added to our YouTube page throughout the fall. That includes interviews with new defensive coordinator Jim Knowles and the linebackers on Tuesday.
