Tulsa Stadium Policies and Procedures for Saturday's Oklahoma Game

Sooners fans going to the game should know what they can and can't bring, where to park, where to meet and lots more.

Chapman Commons Tailgating

There will be a FREE tailgating option for all fans available on Chapman Commons, which features Chapman LIVE prior to each game. Fans can unload their tailgate supplies on the south end of Chapman Commons, go to park, and come set up their ideal tailgate party!

Tailgating will open at 10:30 a.m. for all paid tailgates Saturday. There will be free music, a DJ, games and more!

The team walk to the stadium will begin at noon!

Sean Kingston

American singer and songwriter Sean Kingston will perform Saturday as part of the Chapman LIVE series! Kingston is known for his hit songs "Beautiful Girls", "Fire Burning", and "Eenie Meenie". He will take the stage at 1 p.m.

Parking

Shuttle Services

Park off site at the Tulsa State Fair Grounds for free and shuttle to the game.

• Shuttles begin operating at 9:30 a.m.
• Please enter at Gate 1, located on 21st Street, east of the Expo, and proceed to the race track infield where you will park and be guided to the shuttle.
• Shuttles will drop off fans at H.A. Chapman Stadium on 11th St. at Gate 1
• Get there by 1:30 p.m. to ensure you make it in time for kick!
• After the game, proceed to Gate One, where shuttles will take fans back to the fairgrounds.

Single-Game Tickets

Saturday's game against the #19 Oklahoma Sooners is SOLD OUT

Will Call

• Tickets purchased through the TU ticket office prior to game day will be available at will call, located in the upper northwest corner of the Donald W. Reynolds Center (northeast side of the stadium).

• TU player guest will call is located at Gate 2 (NW corner).

• Visiting team guest will call is located at Gate 6 (NE corner).

• Will call locations open 90 minutes prior to kickoff.

Student Tickets

All students at The University of Tulsa are allowed one (1) free student ticket to all athletic events. Students must present their valid University of Tulsa ID for admittance to all athletic events. If a valid student ID is not presented or the ID is cannot be scanned the student may not enter.

Meet Me in the Zone! TU students are encouraged to meet fellow TU students in the zone at TU Football games. Section 102 (rows 1-45) and 103 (rows 14-45) — "THE ZONE" — are available for student seating.

Students are allowed to purchase one (1) half-priced guest ticket for either section and any additional tickets at regular price. The athletic department reserves the right to limit the quantity of half price tickets.

Students can enter H.A. Chapman Stadium through Gate 5, 90 minutes prior to kick-off. Students must present a valid TU student ID upon entering, all student ID's will be scanned to gain admittance.

Clear Bag Policy

In the interest of enhancing existing security measures at Golden Hurricane football and basketball games, The University of Tulsa has implemented a clear bag policy in 2019-20. This policy regulates the size and type of bag that may be carried into TU venues.

Tulsa joins many FBS and American Athletic Conference schools in the implementation of a clear bag policy. This measure is also intended to minimize time spent searching bags at gate security checkpoints, easing access into the stadium.

Fans are encouraged not to bring unauthorized types of bags inside H. Chapman Stadium and the Donald W. Reynolds Center during football and men’s and women’s basketball games; however, the following outlines bags that are permitted:

• Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12"

• One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags (Ziploc bag or similar)

• Small clutch bags with or without a handle or strap that do not exceed 4.5" x 6.5" (approximately the size of a hand)

• An exception will be made for medically necessary items and diaper bags after proper inspection at a gate designated for this purpose

Prohibited bags include, but are not limited to: purses larger than a clutch bag; briefcases; backpacks, cinch bags, and fanny packs that are not clear and/or exceed the size restriction; luggage of any kind; computer bags/cases; camera bags/cases; binocular bags/cases or any bag larger than the permissible size.

Fans will continue to be able to carry items allowed into the stadium in a permissible clear bag, such as binoculars and cameras.
