Ole Miss Recruiting: Late Signing Day Names To Watch - Locked on Ole Miss Podcast
Today's Locked On Ole Miss Podcast, we talk about how this late signing day has the potential to be busy for Lane Kiffin, Pete Golding and Charlie Weis Jr. We mention the role of a late signing day in roster construction and how Ole Miss is using it now.
In the second segment of the show, we talk about offensive line players that Ole Miss is recruiting and how the Rebs are quietly revamping its offensive line under coach Jon Garrison. We also talk about two offensive lineman that we will be keeping our eyes on in the late signing period.
In our final segment of the day, we talk about defensive linemen that are being recruited and specifically edge or JACK type players that Ole Miss needs. In switching defenses, a couple of positions became clunky fits because of the Rebels' time with DJ Durkin and Chris Partridge and recruiting to that style of defense. Now with the Pete Golding system, the requirements are different and finding matches are, as well.
