Another strong showing has Nix gaining ground in the Heisman conversation.

Oregon quarterback Bo Nix lead the Ducks to a 35-6 win over the Utah Utes on the road in week 9. 

The veteran signal caller is completing 78.3 % of his passes and has the Oregon offense humming at an elite clip in their first year under Wil Stein.

The Ducks are turning their focus to their next matchup against the California Golden Bears at home in Eugene, but Nix's performance against the Utes helped him take another leap in the Heisman Trophy odds.
