Four-Star Recruit Rashad Streets Takes Commitment Reveal to National Stage

Four-star defensive lineman Rashad Streets is revealing his commitment on Friday, April 3, at approximately 10:30 a.m. PT on The Pat McAfee Show on ESPN.

Streets revealed his final six in February with the Oregon Ducks, South Carolina Gamecocks, Florida State Seminoles, NC State Wolfpack, Ohio State Buckeyes, and Alabama Crimson Tide still vying for his commitment.

The talented recruit has taken a number of visits including a trip to Eugene for one of Oregon's junior day events in the winter, and Streets recently visited Florida State in late March. He also took a trip to Missouri on March 14 despite the Tigers being on the outside looking in on Streets' final six.

Oregon has been a consistent contender for Streets throughout his commitment, but can the Ducks land the East Coast prospect on Friday?

Rashad Streets Player Profile

Streets is the No. 63 overall prospect in the class of 2027, according to Rivals' rankings, and he is the No. 9 EDGE recruit in his class. At 6-4, 230 pounds, Streets is the No. 4 player from the state of North Carolina in the same rankings.

His highlights from 2025 on his Hudl reveal an athletic pass rusher who has the speed to chase down opposing quarterbacks. A consistent force coming off the edge, Streets also demonstrates some power moves while rushing the passer.

If the Ducks are able to land him, Streets could make an early impact in Eugene, especially because the 2027 defensive line for Oregon will have many question marks. All four starters from 2026 are expected to depart for the NFL Draft in Matayo Uiagalelei, A'Mauri Washington, Bear Alexander, and Teitum Tuioti.

Streets' fit at Oregon is likely at the outside linebacker role that Uiagalelei and Tuioti excel at.

Oregon Ducks Recruiting Class, Targets

Lanning and the Ducks current hold five commitments in the class of 2027:

Zane Rowe, four-star defensive lineman
Cameron Pritchett, four-star EDGE
CaDarius McMiller, four-star running back
Avery Michael, three-star offensive lineman
Sam Ngata, three-star linebacker

USC flipped four-star offensive line recruit Drew Fielder away from Oregon, shrinking the Ducks' class by one.

West Coast targets like five-star safety Honor Fa'alave-Johnson and four-star cornerback Danny Lang have come off the board thanks to the Trojans, but other prospects remain, including five-star defensive lineman Marcus Fakatou.

The Ducks are also involved in the recruitment of five-star defensive back Donte' Wright, attempting to flip him off of his pledge to the Georgia Bulldogs.

Four-star wide receiver Julian Caldwell recently included Oregon in his top five, but the Ducks will have to beat out Notre Dame, Texas, Texas Tech, and SMU for his commitment.

A number of other national targets have been linked to the Ducks as the program casts a wide recruiting net, but four-star wide receiver Charles Davis, defensive lineman Brayden Parks, and offensive lineman Jackson Roper are all names to keep an eye on.
