After spending 2021 on Las Vegas' practice squad, Turner was elevated to the 53-man roster in 2022 and appeared in nine games. He rushed four times for 26 yards and dropped his lone target last season.
Turner spent just one season with the Panthers but was impactful during the 2020 campaign, recording career-highs in receptions (), receiving yards and receiving touchdowns (3). His 311 kick return yards over 11 games earned him All-ACC consideration as a specialist.
His crowning achievement came against Virginia Tech, when he caught 15 passes for 184 yards and a touchdown. It was his second game with more than 180 receiving yards that year.
Prior to his lone season at Pitt, Turner spent four years at Maryland, where he accounted for 294 yards and one touchdown on 24 receptions.
