2025 Gamecock Commit Eli Ellis Attending Tonight's Game Vs. Ole Miss

South Carolina men's basketball commit Elis Ellis announced via Twitter today that he plans to be in attendance when the Gamecocks take on the Ole Miss Rebels.

2025 South Carolina men's basketball commit Eli Ellis, who's been tearing up the Overtime Elite League over the past few months, will be in the Colonial Life Arena tonight to watch the newly ranked Gamecocks take on the Ole Miss Rebels.

Lamont Paris and the Gamecocks are favored to win by a slim margin of 3.5 points per FanDuel in a game of strength versus strength between both teams. The Rebels are a team full of jump shooters who, in particular, light up the scoreboard from downtown, shooting 38.7 percent from three-point range, 2nd in the SEC and behind only Kentucky. Ole Miss is also 7th in the SEC in points per game on average, with 76.9.

South Carolina, on the other hand, is allowing opponents to shoot just 40.7 percent from the floor, which is the 44th-best mark nationally and the 3rd-best mark in the conference. The Gamecocks are also only giving up just 64.1 points per contest, which ranks 1st in the SEC.

If you plan on being in Columbia tonight for the game, be sure to show the future Gamecock some love!
