2024 DL Jordan Thomas Names Top 12 Schools
Shane Beamer and South Carolina's Football coaching staff have shown over the past 18 months that they understand what they must do to take the next step on the football field: stock up talent along the line of scrimmage. The Gamecocks have already done this with the offensive line and are currently trying to reel in another impressive haul on the defensive line, pursuing targets like Dylan Stewart, KingJoseph Edwards, Justin Greene, Nasir Johnson, and others.
One other target that South Carolina has remained in touch with is New Jersey native Jordan Thomas, who, to this point in his recruitment, has visited Columbia on two different occasions, most recently for the Garnet and Black Spring game on April 15th. It's evident that Thomas likes what the Gamecocks have to offer him at the next level, as he released his Top 12 group this past Friday and included South Carolina on his list
Some of the other major contenders in Jordan's recruitment are Michigan, Georgia, and Rutgers, and each of these schools, except for Rutgers, has an official visit set during the month of June. South Carolina will host Thomas for an official visit on the weekend of June 23rd-25th, the last one Jordan is planning to take as of right now.
