Four Aggies named to Pro Football Focus' All-SEC Team, two named to National Team

COLLEGE STATION - Texas A&M picked up a quality win against Texas State last week. They must have impressed the right people up in Cincinnati as well.
Pro Football Focus placed two Aggies on the National Team of the Week and four on the SEC Team of the Week following their 41-7 victory. Jayden Peevy and Myles Jones were named to both the National Team and SEC Team while Jared Hocker and Kenyon Green featured on the SEC Team.
Jones, a junior cornerback, allowed just two receptions and collected two interceptions. He was targeted five times and allowed 20 yards in coverage.
Peevey, a junior defensive tackle, dominated in the trenches next to fellow Aggie phenom Justin Madubuike. He recorded five total pressures including a sack and another hit on the quarterback on 36 total snaps.
Hocker and Green both started at guard and helped paved the way for 478 total yards of offense. Thanks to the interior protection, Jashaun Corbin and Isaiah Spiller combined for 209 yards and scored for two touchdowns.
The Aggies travel to take on top-ranked Clemson Saturday at 2:30 p.m.
