The Road to Omaha officially began last week with 64 teams competing in 16 Regionals. If you're a fan of the game, you saw some incredible baseball over four days last weekend.

This weekend, there are eight Super Regionals to determine the teams headed to the Men's College World Series next weekend.

Though TCU did not make it to the Super Regionals, some of our staff are still predicting which teams will advance. Last week, not one of us got more than eight Regionals correct. Will we do better this week? Let us know your thoughts.

Last week, each correct pick was awarded 10 points. Here's our leaderboard going into this weekend:

Some notes about our predictions

  • No Super Regional has a unanimous pick.
  • Two Super Regionals were split almost evenly, with six picking one team and five picking the other - Auburn and Corvallis.
  • Two Super Regionals had ten of our staff pick the host team, with only one person picking the visiting squad - Durham and Louisville.
  • One Super Regional had a majority of the votes pick the visiting team, with UTSA getting eight votes in the Los Angeles Super Regional.
