Men's Basketball Poll Watching Week 18: Frogs Hold at No. 22 in AP Poll, Slide One Spot in Coaches Poll

In this story:
The TCU Horned Frogs men's basketball team (20-11) stayed at No. 22 in this week's AP Top 25 and moved down to No. 23 in the Coaches Poll after going 1-1 in the last week of the regular season.
The Frogs started the season ranked at No. 14, dropped out of the rankings early in the season, climbed as high as No. 11, and then ended the regular season still in the Top 25.
Houston remains at the top in both polls. UCLA moved up to No. 2 in both as Alabama slid to No. 4. The teams in the Top Ten are all the same as last week, but there was some shifting of spots. Kansas and Purdue comprise the others in the Top Five.
The Top Five teams did not change too much week-over-week. In the AP Poll, the five are identical to last week - Houston, Alabama, Kansas, UCLA, and Purdue. In the Coaches Poll, the only change to the Top Five was Kansas and UCLA flipping with each other.
The Big 12 ended the regular season with five teams ranked in the Top 25 and two other teams receiving votes in both polls. Kansas, the regular season Big 12 champion, ranks the highest of all the teams in the league at No. 3 (AP)/No. 4 (Coaches). Other Big 12 teams include Texas (7/7), Baylor (10/10), and Kansas State (12/12). Iowa State and West Virginia are both receiving votes in both polls.
Here are the highlights from both the AP Top 25 poll and the USA Today Coaches Poll:
