At this week's press conference, two players got to share their unique journeys at TCU. Michael Onyemaobi, also known as "Yo-yo" or as Coach Patterson likes to call him "Obi wan Kenobi", talked about his battle with injuries in the last four years and how its been such a joy for him to play again.

Dominic Dinunzio got to share a little bit of his background in rugby and basketball, and that he did not play football in high school, so its been a huge transition for him. He is also on scholarship for TCU's ROTC program. He has a lot of dedication to keep up with his schedule.

Going into this conference matchup against Kansas State this weekend, Onyemaobi  stated that defense's focus is to compete and tackle in space. He stated, "We have to do our jobs. Coach Patterson puts us in the right position. He is a genius. So we have to step up."

The Horned Frogs know its tough right now but they are going to keep fighting. They lack no effort. "It's hard the way our season is going," said Onyemaobi. "But we hold each other accountable, and we are staying focused on our goals. That's what kind of team we are."

This team is one that listens to each other. "I knew nothing about football, said Dinunzio. "But I had people like Carter Ware and my position's coach groom me into the player I am today."

The chemistry is still there for the Horned Frogs. They just had some unfortunate events happen this year.
