Sam Haley Narrows Recruitment, Includes Tennessee Vols

2025 three-star linebacker Sam Haley (Nashville, Tenn.) has cut his recruitment to eight schools, which includes the Tennessee Volunteers.
Ensworth High School linebacker Sam Haley was very productive during his sophomore and junior seasons, enough to earn the attention of several programs. According to the On3 Industry Rankings, Haley ranks as the No. 676 prospect in the country. He narrowed his recruitment to eight schools on Tuesday. Michigan State, Missouri, North Carolina, South Carolina, TCU, Tennessee, Virginia Tech, and West Virginia will continue competing for the talented Nashville native.
Haley is a teammate of defensive lineman Ethan Utley, who committed to the Tennessee Volunteers last week. According to the On3 Industry Rankings, Utley is the No. 182 prospect in the 2025 class and has been supportive of Haley's joining the Volunteers since he committed.
Tennessee has the No. 10 2025 recruiting class, according to On3, and are looking to add many more prospects to their class over the next few months. Prospects will begin making their way back to campus for spring and summer visit seasons.
