UCLA Women's Basketball: Charisma Osborne Has Tied a Huge Bruins Record

In this story:

On the way to the UCLA Bruins completely routing Hawai'i to improve to an 11-0 record on the year, Charisma Osborne continued to let her presence be known.

Osborne joined most of the starting five by recording double-digit points, as she ended the game with 17, which led the team. She also secured an impressive 3-5 3PT.

What makes her three-pointers even more impressive today, is she has now tied an impressive UCLA record.

Osborne firing off her three-pointer in the 4th quarter led to her securing a three-way tie with Kari Korver and Lisa Willis for the most three-pointers made in school history.

Willis went on to have a successful career in the WBNA by playing for the Los Angeles Sparks, New York Liberty, and the Sacramento Monarchs. She is now the assistant coach for the Westchester Knicks.

We can imagine a very fruitful professional career for Osborne if she continues at the pace she is currently at. She is averaging 14.3 PPG, and we imagine she will be sinking even more threes as the season continues.

This Bruins team is quite fierce, and Osborne is playing at a very high level, along with the starting five. There might not be many teams that can outpace UCLA right now.
