USC Women's Basketball: McKenzie Forbes Expected To Join NCAA Superstar In Final ESPN Predraft Mock

The WNBA draft is tonight, and many young ladies' dreams will come true. Everybody knows who the No.1 pick will be, as the Indiana Fever will make their selection in a couple of hours. However, the Fever hold two more picks after their first overall one, one from each round.

According to ESPN's Michael Voepel, he has the Fever selecting USC star forward McKenzie Forbes in the third round.

Voepel has Forbers going 27th overall after an impresisve senior season in SoCal. In 35 games this past season, Forbes put up 14.3 points per game on 38.4% shooting from the field and 37.4% shooting from three, 3.3 assists, and 3.1 rebounds in 34 minutes of action.

She was second on the team in scoring and led the Trojans to a Pac-12 title with 26 points over the Stanford Cardinal.

Forbes is a flat-out scorer of the basketball, and she would provide the Fever with instant offense outside of Caitlin Clark. If her game can translate from college to the pros, this pick would be an absolute steal for the Fever.
