USC Lands Ex-Notre Dame Commit

Cornerback Philip Riley Commits to USC

Philip Riley, a cornerback who was previously committed to Notre Dame, announced today he was committed to USC.

Riley, a four-star prospect from Valrico, Fla., decommitted last week. Boston College, Michigan State, Oregon and Clemson were also interested in Riley.
