5-Star QB Ranked No. 1 Among Uncommitted 2027 College Football Prospects

The most highly sought after quarterback in the 2027 college football recruiting class is predictably the subject of some intense interest as he goes through his process, and analysts remain very high on his potential.
Five-star Baton Rouge (La.) quarterback Elijah Haven was recently listed as the No. 1 ranked uncommitted 2027 college football prospect in the country at any position, according to the latest standings unveiled by 247Sports this week.
But he may not be uncommitted for long

Haven may remain uncommitted for now, but he may not be for long, and one SEC powerhouse could figure to benefit from his future decision.
Alabama remains the near consensus favorite to ultimately sign Haven to its 2027 recruiting class.
Rivals Recruiting Prediction Machine favors the Crimson Tide with an overwhelming 96.9 percent likelihood.
And the 247Sports Crystal Ball is right behind that projection, as both its experts suggest Haven will land in Tuscaloosa.
He set records last fall
