The Atlanta Braves beat the Miami Marlins on Monday night by a score of 11-0 behind a bunch of home runs and a dominant pitching performance from Spencer Strider.

The performance from Strider was so good that it prompted Braves legend and Hall of Famer Chipper Jones to suggest that he'd only hit .200 in modern-day baseball.

Before the two teams ran it back on Tuesday night, we got some updates on a pair of injured Braves: closer Raisel Iglesias and shortstop Orlando Arcia.

Braves Insider Grant McAuley tweeted: "#Braves closer Raisel Iglesias will face hitters again on Thursday. Brian Snitker said that could be another live BP, or Iglesias may be ready to begin a rehab assignment and make his first appearance that day."

Iglesias has been out all season with shoulder inflammation.

Iglesias came to the Braves last year in a trade from the Angels and had a microscopic 0.34 ERA in 28 games and 26.1 innings. He has a lifetime 3.00 ERA in his career with the Reds, Angels and Braves. This will be his ninth season in the major leagues.

As for Arcia, he's been out with a microfracture in his left wrist.

McAuley says "#Braves SS Orlando Arcia moved from a cast to a splint today, said wrist injury is only a 'mild discomfort' now. He's hopeful to be ready to rejoin the club when it returns from the road trip on May 4. That could include a rehab assignment but no firm timetable or decision."

He was off to a great start this season for the Braves. He's hitting .333 through 13 games and received a contract extension right before the season started. He's also recently drawn praise from people around the game, including former MLB executive Steve Phillips.
