BETMGM recently released its over/under win totals, now available for betting.

The casino has the New York Mets at 95.5 wins, the same total the casino has for the reigning National League East champion Atlanta Braves.

The Braves and Mets each won 101 games in 2022. The Braves however held the tiebreaker over the Mets, as the Braves narrowly edged out the Mets in the season series between the two teams. As a result, the Braves won their fifth-straight NL East division title.

101 was the highest win total for the Mets in a single-season since 1986, when the club won 108 games and the World Series title.

The Mets had a very active offseason. While the Mets parted ways with Jacob deGrom, the club re-signed Brandon Nimmo and extended Jeff McNeil and Edwin Diaz. The Mets also signed free agents Justin Verlander, Kodai Senga, Jose Quintana and Tommy Pham.

The Mets came close to signing free agent shortstop Carlos Correa, but the deal fell apart after Correa took his physical for the club. Top prospect Brett Baty will now get a chance to shine at third base.

The Mets should benefit from Major League Baseball's new schedule, where teams will play less games against division opponents. Now each club will play all 29 other MLB teams, each season. The NL East was a gauntlet last season, with the Mets and Braves each winning 101 games, and the Philadelphia Phillies winning the National League Pennant, despite finishing third in the division.

The Mets can win five fewer games from a season ago, and still finish at 96 wins, above the 95.5 win threshold.

Here's a list of all 30 teams' over/under win totals from BETMGM.
