The most recent episode of 'The Payoff Pitch' podcast is out! On that episode Brady Farkas talks with Houston Astros broadcaster and World Series champion Geoff Blum and talks about something interesting that he's learned about Shohei Ohtani. He also talks about Fernando Tatis Jr. of the Padres, who is working his way back from a PED suspension and is eligible to return next week.

On the episode of the podcast set to be released on April 19th, Brady is joined by Padres AAA broadcaster Tim Hagerty.

Hagerty, who is the voice of the El Paso Chihuahuas and has been for more than a decade, talks about broadcasting games involving Tatis Jr. and his rehab, how he's taken to the outfield, and what the fan reception has been around him. Also, we learn what his attitude has been like as he gets set to return, and how his teammates feel about him now.

They also talk about the pitch clock and how it affects broadcasters, the automatic strike zone and challenge system being implemented in AAA this year, and some of the top prospects that he's come across during his time broadcasting.

Finally, they also talk about Hagerty's new book: "Tales From the Dugout" which shares funny stories and anecdotes about baseball, some of which he has lived and experienced first hand.
