Sadibou Sy stunned spectators with a spectacular spinning wheel kick knockout over Shane Mitchell at PFL 6 on June 23. PFL have themselves a viral knockout as Sy sent his opponent flying to the canvas, producing one of the best walk-away knockouts of 2023.

It marks the eighth career finish for Sy, who hasn't won a fight by submission yet. Mitchell was a -2200 underdog prior to the stunning knockout.

With this victory, Sy moves on to the PFL 2023 welterweight semifinals, where he will face Carlos Leal for a spot in the $1million tournament final.

In the other semifinal match, Magomed Magomedkerimov will fight Magomed Umalatov in an event on August 23. The winner of this fight will fight the winner of Sy and Leal for the $1million grand prize.
