VIDEO: Mayra Bueno Silva Submits Holly Holm At UFC Fight Night In Las Vegas

Bueno Silva is now on a four-fight win streak and is eyeing a shot at the women's bantamweight title.

Following the incredible spectacle that was last weekend’s UFC 290, the UFC returned to the promotion’s APEX facility in Las Vegas for a Fight Night event headlined by Holly Holm and Mayra Bueno Silva.

The women’s bantamweight main event between Holm and Bueno Silva featured both women looking to climb into contention for the division's now-vacant title, but it was "Sheetara" who scored an impressive fourth-straight victory by submitting the former champion.

The night’s co-main event was actually a late addition to the card, and #14-ranked welterweight Jack Della Maddalena very nearly found himself upset by the debuting Bassil Hafez before the Australian eventually won a split decision.

The rest of the main card included a number of solid finishes, with Jun Yong Park and Nazim Sadykhov both winning via rear naked choke while Francisco Prado picked up his first UFC victory with a first-round knockout.

The night's prelims had some entertaing bouts but were largely a decision-heavy affair, with the lone finish coming when Istela Nunes' gruesome arm injury stopped her fight with Viktoriia Dudakova after just 34 seconds.
