The UFC featherweight champion was in attendance for the Melbourne leg of An Evening With Tom Brady, which also saw the seven-time Super Bowl winner make a stop off in Brisbane the following night.
Volkanovski appeared happy to just remain in the crowd as a spectator before being called to the stage, and following a brief back-and-forth toss “The Great” ran down the aisle at the behest of Brady and caught a perfect pass from the former New England Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback.
The 35-year-old was clearly thrilled about the chance to interact with Brady in Melbourne, but longtime fight fans will know that the Australian is probably dialed in on his training ahead of an upcoming title defense at UFC 298 in Anaheim, California.
