The old saying goes, "What Happens in Vegas, Stays in Vegas." However, that will not be the case for a major event adidas has planned for Friday, February 9. The brand made a big splash this week by promoting its signature athlete, Patrick Mahomes, on the Sphere ahead of NFL Super Bowl LVIII.
Since then, adidas has further stoked excitement surrounding a significant announcement for the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback. Adidas teased what could be Mahomes' second signature shoe in a brief hype video that drove fans wild.

The Mahomes News Event will be hosted at adidas Las Vegas (3791 S Las Vegas Blvd). This event is open to the public, and the doors open at 10:00 a.m. PST.
Later in the afternoon, the Athlete Panel + Field Day will feature a star-studded athlete panel at Resorts World, including Kirk Cousins, Chelsea Gray, Garrett Wilson, and Amon-Ra St. Brown.
Each athlete will speak to how they overcome pressure and reach the elite pinnacle of their careers. Following the panel, the brand will make a major partnership announcement and host a field day with local kids. This event is open only to field day participants and media.
