Thanks to his stellar play, love life, and commercials, Travis Kelce is a ubiquitous part of American pop culture at the moment. However, the perennial All-NFL tight end has been a legend in our books for years thanks to his unrelenting fire footwear each week.

Today's game between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Minnesota Vikings just kicked off, but Kelce has already impressed us with another incredible selection of sneakers. Thanks to the Chiefs' social media team, we got a great look at "El Travador" entering U.S. Bank Stadium earlier this morning.

Based on the Chiefs' social media posts, it appears that Kelce ran it back with the same outfit for two straight days. But we can't get mad at it. If the play call works, why not call it once again? Kelce knows what he is doing when it comes to fashion and football.

In fact, we were glad to see Kelce rock the same pair of Air Jordan sneakers on back-to-back days (he is just like us, for real). Not only is Kelce repeating outfits, but his stylish sneakers are actually somewhat affordable. Below is everything sneakerheads must know about his pregame kicks.

A detailed look at Air Jordan 1 High sneakers.

Before Sunday's game against the Vikings, Kelce wore the Union LA x Bephie's Beauty Supply x Air Jordan 1 High in the 'Summer of '96' colorway. The name is a mouthful because it is a rare collaboration between three brands. Most importantly, the final product was immaculate.

The most notable part of this rare colorway is the distinctive woven detailing that is a nod to the Nike Air Footscape Woven. The white leather upper is contrasted by yellow trim, green stitching, and a vintage pre-yellowed finish outsole. The grey Swoosh and Jordan Brand logos provide the finishing touches to the flawless colorway.

The 'Summer of '96' colorway was released on August 24, 2023, for $200. Luckily for sneakerheads, they can find the shoes for under $250 on most sneaker resale websites. Stay locked into FanNationKicks.com to learn more about what your favorite athletes wear on and off the field.
