Deshaun Buchanan scores both Bears touchdowns in Arizona showdown

CHANDLER, Ariz. — Basha running back Deshaun Buchanan supplied both of his team's touchdowns to lead the Bears to a 14-7 upset of previously undefeated and No. 10 visiting Chandler on Friday night in a game shown on ESPNU.

Buchanan caught a 12-yard, first-quarter touchdown pass from 4-star quarterback Demond Williams and scored the eventual game-winner on a short run late in the fourth quarter.

Running back Ca'lil Valentine had given Chandler (7-1) an early 7-0 lead by capping the Wolves' first possession with a 2-yard scoring run.

It marked the first victory for Basha (7-1) over Chandler since the 2011 season.
