The senior won the 100 (10.69), setting the MileSplit US Second Team Standard at the Class 5A state meet at Lake Hamilton.

DeAndra Burns, Jr., El Dorado

The senior finished second in the 100 (10.73), second in the 200 (21.71), won the 400 (48.17), long jump (23-2 1/2) and ran on the winning 4x200 relay (1:28.25), setting the MileSplit US Second Team Standard in all five events at the Class 5A state meet at Lake Hamilton.
