Kamiakin senior Kyson Rose voted Scorebook Live’s boys basketball player of the week

Congratulations to Kamiakin senior Kyson Rose for being voted Scorebook Live’s WaFd Bank boys basketball player of the week!
Rose had an impressive double-double, scoring 46 points and reeling in 17 boards for Kamiakin in their 93-68 win against Hanford.
Rose received 67.8% of the vote, beating out Mount Si’sJabe Mullins who finished with 11.75%.

Brady Metz, King’s Way Christian: Metz had a double-double against La Center including 27 points, 10 rebounds, and 6 assists to lead King’s Way to a 56-50 win.
Tanner Toolson, Union: Toolson’s 29 points led the way for Union in their victory over Skyview.
Nolan Hickman, Eastside Catholic: Hickman dropped 29 points against O’Dea in Eastside Catholic’s 83-74 win.
Tyler Mrus, Seattle Prep: Mrus netted 36 points and snagged 11 rebounds for Seattle Prep in their 63-57 win over Cleveland.
Logan Kinloch, West Valley (Yakima): Kinloch put up 26 points for West Valley to help defeat Sunnyside 80-42.
Aaron Von Bruck, Nathan Hale: Bruck scored 27 points to go along with 9 boards, 3 swats, 3 steals, and 3 dimes for Nathan Hale against Rainier Beach.
Jake Downing, Roosevelt: Downing led the way for Roosevelt, scoring 27 points to defeat Cleveland 74-60.
Michael Cornia, Walla Walla: Cornia scored 28 points and pulled down 11 boards in addition to 4 blocks for Walla Walla against Southridge.
Noah Pepper, Selah: Pepper put up a triple-double of 26 points, 13 boards, and 10 dimes against East Valley.
