Here are the candidates for the Scorebook Live Southern California boys basketball player of the week for Jan. 13-19, as nominated by fans, readers and Scorebook Live’s staff. Read through the nominees and cast your vote at the bottom of the page. Players from the Southern, LA City and San Diego Sections are considered. Voting will conclude on Thursday at 11:59 p.m and the winner will be announced Friday morning. Lamont Butler, Riverside Poly: Butler poured in 27 points for Poly in a 72-60 win over JW North.

Stacy Johnson, Oxnard: Johnson's 23 points and 7 boards helped Oxnard to a 87-41 win against Channel Islands.

David Cheatom, University: Cheatom had a double-double with 16 points and 11 rebounds to go along with 5 assists in University's 59-51 victory against Palisades.

Ramel Lloyd Jr., Taft: Lloyd Jr. netted 27 points to help Taft defeat Chatsworth 74-48.

Julian Dixon, Price: Dixon had 23 points, 6 boards, 4 steals, and 2 assists to take down Firebaugh 101-26.

Skyy Clark, Heritage Christian: Clark's 26 points led the way for Heritage Christian's 88-52 win over Whittier Christian.

Christian Moore, Brentwood: Moore scored 30 points to help Brentwood take down Windward 60-57.

Malik Thomas, Damien: Thomas had an impressive 34 points to go along with 4 rebounds to lead Damien to a win over Rancho Cucamonga.

Adrian McIntyre, Saugus: McIntyre stuffed the stat sheet with 25 points, 6 rebounds, and 7 assists to lead Saugus to a 102-44 victory against Golden Valley.

Dylan Andrews, Windward: Andrews dropped 28 points, 6 rebounds, and 5 assists in Windward's win over Heritage Christian.

Kyle MacLean, Westlake: MacLean's 33 point, 14 rebound double-double helped Westlake defeat Oaks Christian 77-48.

Billy Reed III, South Pasadena: Reed had 23 points, 7 boards, and 4 dimes in South Pasadena's 62-38 victory over Bellflower.

Marcus Dewberry, View Park: Dewberry led the way for View Park with 14 points, 11 assist, and 4 steals defeating Fremont 66-53.
