Each weekday, analyst Dan Dickau is interviewing a special guest from across the sports and entertainment spectrum. Dickau hopes to both entertain and provide perspective to understand how uniquely sports can prepare one for a wide array of things.

On Wednesday, Grant Leep joins. He's a former standout men's basketball player at Mount Vernon who went on to play at University of Washington, where he was a teammate of Dickau's for a year. He's now the head coach at Division II Seattle Pacific.
