BELLFLOWER– Servite avenged a 24-10 loss to St. John Bosco on Oct. 29 to defeat the Braves 40-21 on Friday in the CIF Southern Section Division 1 semifinals. The Friars will go on to face rival Mater Dei next week in the championship game.

RB/DB Houston Thomas rushed for 134 yards and a touchdown, and made an interception for the Friars. QB Noah Fifita completed six of eight passes for 47 yards, and ran for 128 yards and three touchdowns. Here is our photo gallery from the game:
