Servite wide receiver Tetairoa McMillan flips from Oregon to Arizona, signs with Wildcats football

Star 2022 Servite wide receiver Tetairoa McMillan, SBLive California's 2021 Player of the Year, flipped his commitment from Oregon and signed with Arizona on Friday, he announced on social media. McMillan joins Servite teammates Noah Fifita (quarterback), Keyan Burnett (tight end) and Jacob Manu (linebacker) as members of Arizona's 2022 recruiting class.
McMillan committed to Oregon in August and had been committed to the Ducks since Friday. His signing gives first year Arizona head coach Jed Fisch his first major recruiting victory as head coach of the Wildcats.
McMillan caught 88 passes for 1,302 yards and 18 touchdowns this fall. Lining up as a defensive back for the first time in his career, McMillan snagged eight interceptions and made 35 tackles on defense as well. He played so well on defense that some scouts think that defensive back may be his best position in college.
