SAN DIEGO SECTION TOP 10 BASEBALL RANKINGS

March 14, 2022

1. Rancho Bernardo (5-0)

Rancho Bernardo will begin the North County Conference Tournament this week with games against Mission Hills and Sage Creek.

2. St. Augustine (6-0-1)

The Saints opened Western League play with a 6-3 road win over Point Loma.

3. Granite Hills (6-1)

The Eagles cruised to three wins last week, beating Madison, Eastlake, and Cathedral Catholic.

4. San Marcos (4-1-1)

The Knights will take on San Pasqual and Ramona this week after suffering their first loss of the season against St. Augustine more than a week ago.

5. La Costa Canyon (4-1)

The Mavericks will play Sage Creek and San Pasqual this week after not playing last week.

6. Madison (6-2)

The Warhawks finished the week with wins over Grossmont and Helix after losing to No. 3 Granite Hills on Monday.

7. La Jolla Country Day (4-1)

The Torreys didn't play last week. Carlsbad and San Dieguito Academy are on the schedule this week.

8. Eastlake (4-3)

Eastlake sandwiched two wins around a loss to No. 3 Granite Hills on Wednesday.

9. Santana (6-2)

The Sultans were shutout by No. 8 Eastlake on Monday before beating Bonita Vista and Scripps Ranch later in the week.

The Falcons have been off since March 2. They'll play three times this week.
