The best track and field athletes in the Southern Section competed for Section titles on Saturday at Moorpark High School.

MOORPARK, Calif. -- The best track and field athletes in the Southern Section competed for Section titles on Saturday at Moorpark High School.

Gardena Serra's Rodrick Pleasant ran a wind aided 10.16 in the Division 4 100 meter race, which is the second fastest time in all conditions in California history. In the D4 200 meter race, he ran a wind legal 20.40, which was also the second fastest time in the history of the state.
