California High School Football How Top 25 State Football Teams Fared - Oct. 17 2025

There was no way California's Top 25 teams could have been perfect, considering the best matchup of the night pitted No. 1 St. John Bosco at No. 4 Santa Margarita.
The Eagles dropped the only game from California's elite with a tough 27-14 defeat at the hands of the No. 1 team in the land.
In another matchup of two ranked teams, No. 3 Corona Centennial handled No. 12 Murrieta Valley, 48-20.
