THREE TO SEE
Ben Gulbranson - QB
Gulbranson is committed to Oregon State and is the best
overall quarterback in the division. He’s had some health issues in the past
that have affected his ability to stay on the field.
Christian Middleton - WR/DB
The Newbury Park staff is really excited about Middleton. He’ll
be Gulbranson’s main target this season.
Soren Brown - DB/WR
Picked off two passes last season.
OUTLOOK
The Marmonte League is really tough and Newbury Park will most likely be underdogs in every league game.
The Panthers have playmakers on offense, but will the defense be able to get consistent stops? Can quarterback Ben Gulbranson stay healthy?
If the Panthers’ offensive line can protect their star quarterback, Newbury Park will be competitive. The playoffs will most likely be out of reach though.
