Westview class of 2021 two-way lineman Mandela Tobin committed to Duke University, he announced on Friday morning.

Westview High School class of 2021 two-way lineman Mandela Tobin committed to Duke University, he announced Friday morning on KUSI's Good Morning San Diego.

The 6-foot-4, 270-pound Tobin chose the Blue Devils over Nebraska, Kansas State, and several others. He becomes the 31st prospect in San Diego's class of 2021 to make a college decision.
